Cat Phu Sa was found in 2009 by team of experts in Agriculture, leading by Mr. Nguyen Huu Huy. At Cat Phu Sa, we do farmings and processings.

Our farmings are based on principle of organic/biodynamic practics to comfortable with Green Farmings and Blue Farings.

Our processings are based on principle of no chemical using. We work on "traditional" side by learning "traditional foods" aroud the world with scientific point of view and then create new ways.
